Should you wonder the answers for Naomi, they are as follows:
Is the technician qualified? Yes, more than qualified. Naomi has been in the industry a very long time, has been on numerous Advanced Permanent Makeup Courses and also has her own National Training Academy and nominated for many prestigious awards.
How long have they been offering Permanent Makeup? Naomi has been practicing Permanent Makeup now for over 12 years and been within the beauty industry for longer than 20 years.
What Qualifications do they have? Naomi has a number of qualifications under her belt and a wide profile available for you to see at consultation.
Are they insured? Naomi has indeed got insurance for all procedures offered. Once again these can be requested at consultation if you require.
Can you see previous work? As Naomi has been practicing a very long time you can imagine her portfolio is piled high. Many are available to view on the website, the images are of REAL clients and have consented for their images to be published.
If you are wondering how a consultation is conducted, read the following information on the consultation journey.
On entering the clinic you will be greeted either by Naomi herself or a member of her team, you will be asked to complete a medical questionnaire to make sure you are a suitable candidate for the Permanent Makeup procedure.
Naomi will take you through into a comfortable relaxed environment to discuss the procedure and answer any questions you may have early on. It is recommended you write down questions prior to coming along if you have any.
Naomi will remove makeup off of the brow area and advise you of which technique would be most suited to you. The options are Microblading or Digital Permanent Makeup. (Link to each gallery page)
The next step would be to decide on brow styles and colours, there are multiple options available for you. Naomi will show you all available, although you may have an idea of what you are looking for.
Naomi will demonstrate the shape of the brow by penciling on the desired shape. Some people require a rebalance meaning correcting one brow that appears higher than the other and so this is a great way of seeing how the end result may look. But, taking into account it will be the colour suitable for your skin type and fine hair strokes or powdered brows.
Once the shape has been pencilled on, Naomi will ask your opinion and answer any questions you remember or have from this point. Photos may also be taken for your records, however, will not be shared without your say so and written consent.
The next stage is a very important one… time to think! Naomi will allow you to go away with your thoughts and decide by yourself whether or not Permanent Makeup is for you. You should never feel pressured into any cosmetic procedure and time allows you to weigh up the pros…. and cons, if you feel there may be some!
We would however like to point out many of Naomi’s clients book straight away for their initial treatment.
Prior to booking in for the initial treatment a test patch will be carried out. This is where a small amount of pigment is applied to the skin and you will be asked to keep an eye on it for a number of days.
