The scar camouflage procedure uses the natural tones of my BE.U pigment range and a micro pigmentation machine to cover up any pigmented area following on from skin trauma, including surgical procedures as well as cosmetic surgery such as facelifts.
I am able to mix together multiple pigments to achieve the correct skin tone of each individual.
Does scar camouflage hurt?
Some scars have no sensation, but for those that do, a numbing cream will be used prior to treatment for minimal discomfort.
How long does scar camouflage take to do?
It depends on the size of the scar which needs camouflaging. Sometimes multiple sessions will be required to complete the process.
How will you choose the colour?
Within consultation we will discuss your natural skin tones and even apply some to the area to see which is suitable. It is important to be at your most natural (no tan) for best results and the best colour match.
Can I have this treatment and go straight back to work?
Yes, the treatment is non-invasive. The area may be slightly red and can swell slightly, but you may return to work straight away.
